SCPL Farmer Shop Model
A transparent farmer-to-consumer fulfilment model connecting verified Farmer Shops, Society Vendors, Retail Vendors, Logistics Partners and consumers through the SCPL ERP platform.
Farm to Consumer with Digital Traceability
Farmer → Farmer Shop → Local Vendor → Consumer
SCPL Farmer Shop acts as an organised local fulfilment point where verified farmer produce can be connected with consumers through Society Vendors, Retail Vendors and Logistics Partners.
Farmer Supply
Verified farmer produce enters the Farmer Shop network.
Farmer Shop
Shop coordinates product availability, packing and fulfilment.
Local Delivery
Society, retail and logistics partners support last-mile delivery.
Consumer
Consumer receives products with transparent source and order records.
200 Farmers × ₹2,000 = ₹4,00,000 Farmer Group Corpus
The proposed SCPL Farmer Shop can be developed as a farmer-group-owned local market facility. Participating farmers contribute through a transparent farmer-wise ledger, while the approved operator manages day-to-day shop operations under SCPL rules, SOP and the farmer-group agreement.
SCPL Farmer Shop + Farmer Group Name
Example: “Hiwara Khurd Farmer Group – SCPL Farmer Shop”. The farmer group identity remains visible under the SCPL branding framework.
Farmer Group Owned
The ₹4 lakh corpus and assets are governed by the approved farmer-group ownership agreement. Operating the shop does not automatically transfer ownership to the operator.
Farmer-wise Ledger & Receipt
Each contribution should record Farmer ID, contributor name, amount, date, payment reference, receipt, total corpus and utilisation details.

Planning estimates only. Actual cost depends on location, specifications, vendor quotations and approved project plan.
